This project consists of an approximate 19,000 sf. remodel of the Knudtsen Chevrolet dealership located in Post Falls, Idaho. The work consists of but not limited to; interior demolition, concrete cutting, steam cleaning, de-greasing, structural steel, non-structural metal framing, sound insulation, TPO roofing repair, sheet metal flashing & trim, interior & exterior caulking, hollow metal door frames, doors, hardware, aluminum storefront assemblies, glazing, gypsum board drywall, acoustical ceilings, flooring, rubber base, interior & exterior painting, fire suppression, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, electrical and parking lot striping. The interior shall be completely renovated / refreshed within the area shown in the Contract Documents.

 This project consists of a new ATM / Kiosk Island for Spokane Teachers Credit Union located in Nine Mile Falls, Washington. The work consists of but not limited to; Exterior asphalt cutting, structural concrete, rebar, masonry, timber framing, painting, staining, sealing, electrical, earthwork, asphalt paving, concrete paving, curbs & gutters, pavement markings, steel bollards, irrigation, planting and turf and grasses. Complete renovation of the exterior site to accept the new ATM island.

This project consists of a new 25,172 sq. foot multi story facility. The 1st floor has a 4 lane drive-thru, teller and ATM  services. The 2cd floor is multiple offices, breakroom and several conference rooms. The 3rd floor includes more office space and a very large training room.
